Easy smart dealership with professional people

Amazing! TL;DR: They are real people who truly care about you and want to help you get a good car. The Story: I was rear-ended and my old car was totaled. I went to Cars Plus Credit right before new year's to get a new car. They informed me that the car I was looking at had a mileage discrepancy and discounted $500 off the sale price because of that. Beside that and some trouble with the automatic lock system, everything else seemed fine. So, I went through with the purchase. Less than a month later, I had the car inspected and the mechanic found that the engine block was cracked, a head gasket was broken, and there were electrical wiring issues that could be a potential fire hazard. Based on the wear, he said the issues had to have been present before I bought the car. I thought for sure I had been screwed, I was worrying they would say since I bought the car as is, it wasn't their problem anymore. However, when I went back up there, they said that's not how they want to do business and apologized for the oversite. They said they would never intentionally sell a car that had issues without disclosing it. So, I brought the old car back and they let me switch it out for a different car that they were going to sell for double what I paid for the old one (at no extra charge)! I was so grateful. Even though this is not their problem, if they hadn't had done that, I would not have had enough money to buy another car and pay my college tuition. So, I would have had to drop out of college in my last semester and rely on rides to get to work (which could lead to me losing my job). I don't think they realize how much they saved me by their kindness and generosity. I hope this review will get them some good business, because they deserve it!! Thank you so much!!!

I've been meaning to post my review. People are quick to post negative. So I like to be fair. I financed my car almost 8 months ago. I haven't had any mechanical issues. I realize I have a high mileage vehicle. So, I spend a little extra on my oil changes. Michael has always gone the extra mile for me, from the day he put me in my car. Todd has been so kind working with me. I unexpectedly got sick. Got behind on my payments. Todd was understanding & worked with me. Let me come up with a payment plan that would work for me! If you need a vehicle I highly recommend these guys. They have a good inventory on cars with great prices and they’re willing to work with you. I was in and out in 20 mins they guys in the office are very professional as well.
